Lead end-to-end post-closing, recording, escrow funding, disbursement, and escrow accounting operations. Manage teams, reconciliations, wire processing, compliance (CFPB/RESPA/ALTA), operational controls, audits, and client/stakeholder relationships while driving process improvements and ensuring timely, accurate settlements.

Prepare and review closing documents (CD, Note, Mortgage), coordinate with title companies and attorneys, verify figures and wire instructions, ensure loans close and fund on schedule, maintain compliance with TRID/RESPA/TILA and investor guidelines, and respond to closing inquiries.
