Manage outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and DC relationships for CPG products. Own SOPs, analyze operational KPIs, manage retailer chargebacks and claims, support 3PL process improvements, and participate in UAT and periodic physical inventory counts.

Provide proactive operational support to a senior executive across multiple businesses: track tasks/projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage calendars, draft communications, perform research, maintain records, and ensure timely follow-up and documentation while working remotely and across time zones.
