Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions using low-code capabilities. Lead and mentor teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, build service requests and workflows, unit test and peer-review code, create reports/dashboards, and support ITSM/ITIL modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset). Deliver presentations, proofs-of-concept, and knowledge-sharing materials.
