The City Recorder manages municipal records, public meeting notices, council minutes, code and fee schedule updates, GRAMA requests, elections, notarial duties, and records retention. The role supports the mayor, city council, city manager, and executive team; supervises records processes; prepares reports and budgets; trains staff and officials; administers meeting-management systems; and coordinates policies, projects, and public inquiries. Evening meetings and stressful situations are part of the position.
