Own technical onboarding, content ingestion, widget configuration, and post-launch partner support. Configure review workflows, run structured project management, optimize threat modeling/privacy/vendor-risk processes, translate deployment friction into product improvements, triage support, and create onboarding documentation to drive production adoption and measurable security outcomes.

Lead cross-functional security initiatives: automate security tasks and incident response, manage HITRUST/SOC2/PCI assessments and remediation, evaluate and optimize security tools, secure software development (GitHub, code scanning, AI code), respond to audits, deliver training, and investigate and remediate security incidents to advance program maturity.

Lead and build the go-to-market operations engine: own GTM systems (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Gong), scoring and AI agents, ABM and demand-gen data, pipeline attribution, board-level reporting, and a small onshore/nearshore team. Be hands-on building workflows and models, partner with marketing, sales, finance, and executive leadership, and drive governance, forecasting, and operational rigor across three business units.

Prospect and qualify leads, run virtual demos, negotiate contracts, maintain forecasts in SFDC and Clari, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Up to 20% travel required.

Manage marketing projects and serve as the marketing partner to assigned business units. Develop annual marketing plans, create deliverables (emails, brochures, web content, social media, trade show materials, A/V), proofread copy, follow compliance approvals, assist surveys, and perform administrative tasks like list and inbox management.

Build and operate an internal Red Team to continuously find vulnerabilities across protocol, consensus, bridges, and execution clients. Develop Rust-based fuzzers and custom security tooling, simulate economic attacks on testnet, analyze game-theoretic risks (MEV, staking), and partner with engineering teams to review critical architecture and mitigate exploits.

Manage client relationships and lead tax engagements including review and preparation of complex tax returns, planning and research, audit representation, mentoring staff, coordinating concurrent projects, and supporting business development.
