The Director, Talent & Culture will partner with Product leaders to shape talent strategy, drive organizational design, and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights while leading change initiatives.

Handle inbound client calls and emails for the Rental Team, process endorsements and bind requests, maintain accurate policy records, and resolve system issues while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Lead product planning and execution across the product lifecycle for healthcare software. Gather and prioritize customer requirements, define product vision and roadmap, manage P&L and forecasting, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, own backlog and release tracking, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, and drive solution delivery and defect resolution to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Lead and manage the organization's RMF and GRC programs. Develop and maintain security policies, perform risk assessments and gap analyses, coordinate audits, ensure federal and industry compliance, report metrics to leadership, and educate teams on RMF/GRC best practices.

Provide investigative and administrative support to SIU investigators and claim adjusters: background and social media checks, documentation for immunity/arson requests, prepare files for law enforcement/ NICB, data entry, inventory tracking, vendor vetting, and claim file review and analysis.

Lead customer site implementations and go-lives for M7 Health: manage project plans, train unit leadership, ensure first-month adoption, monitor engagement, surface customer feedback to product, and provide in-person support during activations.

Manage onboarding, adoption, and renewals for insurance clients by leading rollouts, coordinating internal resources, advising Anti-Fraud/Claims/Underwriting teams, tracking KPIs, delivering executive business reviews, driving retention and growth, and surfacing customer feedback to product and leadership.

Lead design and training of large-scale transformer and hybrid foundation models across text and multimodal domains. Drive architecture choices (attention variants, MoE), optimize training stability and optimizers, validate scaling laws and compute/data tradeoffs, design loss and alignment strategies (RLHF, DPO, contrastive), and execute distributed training (FSDP, ZeRO-3, tensor/pipeline parallelism) with mixed precision and checkpointing while partnering with ML systems teams.

Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design outcome-driven demos, manage RFPs and security reviews, identify integration risks, ensure solution accuracy, and hand off closed deals to implementation for large multi-unit restaurant accounts.

Manage day-to-day general ledger across multiple client entities: record transactions, post journal entries, perform month-end close, process AR/AP and payroll-related entries, reconcile bank accounts, maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules, review trial balances, and communicate financial information to non-financial clients.
