Own product workstreams for Mastercard’s Test & Learn experimentation platform, using customer research, market insights, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to guide roadmaps. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and regional teams to deliver capabilities, support adoption, and prepare launches. Identify AI applications, advise market-facing teams, contribute to positioning and enablement, and mentor junior product professionals.

Own product strategy and end-to-end feature development for Mastercard’s Test & Learn experimentation platform. Responsibilities include researching user and market needs, defining use cases, creating roadmaps and requirements, partnering with UX and engineering teams, supporting development and testing, and measuring product impact. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Drives SME product sales, revenue growth, market penetration, and pipeline management across Northern Europe. Localizes go-to-market strategies, identifies growth opportunities, engages clients and prospects, tracks KPIs, and collaborates with account management, marketing, product, and sales teams. Requires payment industry expertise, business planning capability, analytical and operational skills, and fluency in English plus a Northern European language.

Develop, test, maintain, and support scalable software applications and services for Mastercard’s real-time payment network. Build APIs, microservices, distributed and event-driven solutions; write secure, maintainable code; create automated tests; participate in design and code reviews; and support cloud applications. Collaborate across product, QA, security, DevOps, and operations teams while contributing to monitoring, troubleshooting, CI/CD, observability, performance, reliability, and operational readiness initiatives.

Architect and engineer secure, scalable enterprise AI infrastructure for LLM training and inference, machine learning, agentic AI, and production platforms. Lead HPC, GPU, Kubernetes, cloud, networking, storage, reliability, observability, security, and automation strategies. Resolve complex performance and scalability challenges, establish engineering standards, evaluate emerging technologies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor engineers in a regulated environment.

Leads complex customer solution development by combining Mastercard products, services, and platforms into customized value propositions. Partners with account managers, business development, product teams, marketing, and technical specialists throughout opportunity development, proposals, and sales closure. Identifies segment needs, market opportunities, and external partners; develops business requirements; quantifies solution value; supports innovation and solution reuse; and shares best practices across the Solution Architect community.

Leads the architecture and engineering of secure, scalable enterprise AI infrastructure. Designs platforms for LLM training and inference, machine learning, agentic AI, and production workloads using HPC, GPUs, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, networking, storage, and automation. Establishes standards for reliability, security, observability, governance, and compliance; resolves complex performance challenges; evaluates emerging technologies; leads cross-functional initiatives; and mentors engineers.

Define and maintain data architecture, integration, and load processes. Build, test, and optimize database technologies and SQL performance. Support security posture, troubleshoot implementations, and provide technical guidance. Drive process improvements and may lead small projects within the data domain.

Leads Europe-wide customer care performance and operational excellence. Directs incident engagement, translates technical events into customer impact, coordinates P1/P2 communications, and strengthens escalation management. Establishes customer activity monitoring, health metrics, and dashboards to identify trends, systemic risks, and improvement opportunities. Partners with Product, Engineering, regional teams, and customers to improve resilience, transparency, reliability, and customer trust.

Manage Mastercard’s Test & Learn experimentation platform.
