Provide frontline technical support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, assist with system configurations, testing, documentation, training, and respond to tickets for Canadian and US payroll/HR practitioners.

Develop and support automotive IoT solutions integrating OT data (PLCs, robots) with IT systems. Implement data ingestion (MQTT, ETL), work with relational/NoSQL databases, perform capability studies and statistical analysis, and build BI reports/dashboards.

Support daily finance operations including verifying invoices (fapiao) and expense reports, preparing payment summaries, certifying VAT input invoices, managing fixed asset cards and labeling, handling bank payments and petty cash, confirming and declaring foreign currency income, binding original vouchers, preparing vouchers and finance reports as needed, and reconciling bank balances at month end (including cash pool).
