Advise international customers on Employer of Record services, employment compliance, labor standards, benefits, terminations, and market expansion across the Americas. Serve as the escalation point for complex HR and regulatory issues, partner with Legal, Product, Operations, and Customer Success, identify growth opportunities, support retention, and translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.

The Account Executive will manage a book of business, meet sales quotas, build small-business relationships, participate in networking and trade events, provide customer insights, and represent Justworks’ solutions.

Lead complex strategic partnership initiatives from agreement through launch and stabilization. Translate commercial opportunities into execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, drive decisions without formal authority, establish operating rhythms, and provide executive updates. Use AI and automation to improve project visibility and communication, while developing repeatable processes for future partnership launches.

Executes payment processing, funds movement, reconciliations, exception handling, and related workflows accurately and on time. Investigates and resolves payment issues, follows financial controls, identifies risks, and escalates unusual activity. The specialist also analyzes recurring problems, recommends process improvements, adopts automation and AI-enabled tools, and collaborates with teammates to deliver reliable payment operations.

Lead organizational design, talent management, and performance strategy to build an AI-enabled, capability-based workforce. Drive org design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, skills-based career frameworks, performance management, and data-informed talent decisions while advising leaders and leading change across the company.

Build and own core components of an LLM-powered agent platform: orchestration, tool integrations, APIs, knowledge/memory infrastructure, trust & safety, and evaluation tooling. Partner with Operations to translate workflows into agent capabilities, mentor teammates, and ship production-ready, scalable AI-native systems.

Provide senior-level technical support and endpoint operations across macOS and Windows, manage endpoint lifecycle, administer Jamf/Kandji and Intune, automate workflows using scripting and AI tools, improve DEX through monitoring, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, and own onboarding/offboarding processes.

Drive the Contractor product roadmap to unify contractor payment experiences across currencies and classifications. Scope, prioritize, and execute research-backed initiatives, navigate regulatory complexity with legal and ops, and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver measurable business impact while ensuring platform alignment and team productivity.
