Manages governance, security, compliance, and operational integrity for enterprise SaaS applications. Responsibilities include application audits, access reviews, identity governance, application evaluations, documentation, health monitoring, support ticket triage, compliance reporting, application rationalization, and change management. Lead incident response and reliability improvements for iManage Cloud. Triage large-scale production issues, build observability and automation, run postmortems, partner with product and engineering, and proactively detect and eliminate systemic problems to improve uptime and customer experience.

Lead multi-year product strategy and roadmaps for a major platform area, prioritize reusable platform services, partner with engineering and cloud teams for scalability and reliability, participate in API and architecture decisions, integrate AI/ML capabilities, drive go-to-market launches, track product success metrics, and align stakeholders across the organization.

Manage iManage’s global Microsoft partnership by executing co-sell strategies, joint go-to-market programs, partner enablement, and field activation. Build relationships with Microsoft sales and partner organizations, expand marketplace participation, and translate Azure and Copilot priorities into revenue-generating motions. Track pipeline, influenced revenue, marketplace transactions, and partner-sourced leads; support business reviews and improve partnership processes. The role requires extensive cloud or SaaS experience, Microsoft alliance expertise, and familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, marketplace programs, CRM, and pipeline management.

Drive iManage’s strategic Microsoft partnership by executing global co-sell and joint go-to-market programs. Build Microsoft field relationships, deliver enablement, expand marketplace participation, develop AI and Copilot initiatives, and track pipeline, revenue, and partner-sourced leads. Support business reviews, standardize engagement processes, and improve partnership efficiency and scalability across regions.

Own and operate the iMData platform: design and build Databricks-based ETL pipelines using PySpark and medallion architecture, create gold-layer star schemas, migrate assets from Synapse to Databricks, implement CI/CD and Terraform IaC, ensure data security and observability, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders and ML engineers to deliver production-grade analytics and AI-ready data.

Lead Customer Success strategy and execution across Asia to drive retention, expansion, adoption, and license consumption. Own renewals, NRR, escalation management, cross-functional alignment with sales, product, services and partners, and regional reporting. Run adoption programs, account plans, risk mitigation, and executive engagement to deliver measurable customer value.

Negotiate and close high-volume enterprise SaaS and cloud agreements across the Americas. Review and redline customer paper, apply playbooks, manage concurrent deals, support sales escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, commercially minded legal positions.
