Partner with Product, Data Science, Lifecycle, Curation, and Consumer Insights teams to translate complex behavioral data into executive-level recommendations and prioritized initiatives.

Leads the global Lifecycle Technology and Operations function, owning Braze platform strategy, customer engagement orchestration, data and audience capabilities, campaign operations, governance, personalization, automation, and technical roadmaps.
