Supports installation, commissioning, retooling, qualification, and production launch of prismatic machining and assembly equipment. Coordinates suppliers, contractors, plant teams, and engineering stakeholders; manages execution plans, safety reviews, capability studies, equipment runoffs, production readiness, engineering changes, and PPAP documentation. Resolves equipment and process issues using structured, data-driven problem solving while ensuring safety, quality, throughput, and process-control requirements are met.

Performs occupant crashworthiness CAE simulations for frontal and side impacts, including restraint development and performance integration. Leads vehicle safety projects, recommends design solutions, optimizes performance using statistical and advanced CAE methods, and compares simulation results with physical crash tests. Collaborates with engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, and global program teams to meet safety targets, resolve issues, and communicate vehicle performance status.

Tests vehicle software and systems against automotive regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing test methods, authoring and executing test cases, automating scripts, operating HIL and bench/vehicle test environments, analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, documenting defects, approving evaluation reports, flashing vehicle software, and coordinating testing across vehicle programs. The role also requires mentoring engineers and occasional travel.

Design and develop instrument panels, floor consoles, and decorative trim for global vehicle programs. Lead concept development, CAD packaging, manufacturing feasibility, CAE-informed optimization, DFMEA, requirements, supplier coordination, peer reviews, and cross-functional product development. Balance cost, mass, timing, complexity, and customer requirements while mentoring engineers and supporting vehicle launches and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications for manufacturing operations. Build user interfaces, APIs, integrations, and database solutions; troubleshoot production issues; contribute to architecture, code reviews, reliability, security, and performance improvements. Partner with manufacturing and business teams, support releases and critical incidents, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
