Investigate hardware failures, silent data corruption, timing issues, and system instability across multiple silicon revisions and environments. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and validation teams to improve observability, fault isolation, silicon bring-up, and platform reliability.

Lead hardware bring-up, validation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for Arm-based AI compute platforms across laboratory and data center environments. Investigate server, motherboard, power, thermal, network, BIOS, and BMC failures; perform root-cause analysis; support deployment and qualification; develop troubleshooting documentation; and mentor junior personnel. The role collaborates with engineering, platform, facilities, and data center teams and participates in on-call support during critical milestones.

Develop and extend system-level diagnostics, stress-testing tools, and validation utilities for next-generation AI SoCs. Diagnose hardware, firmware, operating system, and driver interactions across CPUs, memory, PCIe, storage, networking, and accelerators. Build configurable automation for silicon validation, expose intermittent failures and silent data corruption, improve observability and fault isolation, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and validation teams across platforms and silicon revisions.

Lead troubleshooting, hardware bring-up, validation, qualification, and root-cause analysis for Arm-based AI compute platforms, including server blades, motherboards, power systems, and rack-scale infrastructure. Diagnose thermal, power, networking, BIOS, and BMC issues; develop validation documentation and troubleshooting procedures; collaborate with engineering and data center teams; and mentor junior staff while supporting critical deployments and on-call activities.
