Deploy and commission robotic systems in warehouse sites across North America. Perform on-site assembly, configuration, calibration, debugging, and customer-facing installation coordination. Create and maintain deployment and troubleshooting documentation, and communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Coordinate and process pre-employment activities for candidates using TA and security systems (Workday, TrackVia). Initiate background checks and drug screens, liaise with Security/HR/Operations, maintain accurate records, follow SOPs and SLAs, manage high volume of new hires, and support TA and Security projects to ensure compliant, timely onboarding.

Prepare, format, edit and transmit press releases accurately over Business Wire circuits. Proofread, code distributions, contact clients about issues, verify authenticity, monitor transmissions, assist teams, field client calls, run daily reports, and maintain activity logs while following company policies and procedures.

Monitor and analyze recorded calls and live video visits for correctional agencies to identify keywords, slang, and suspicious activity. Escalate intelligence about potential crimes, victimization, or staff misconduct, perform translations and proofreading, and ensure proper reporting and escalation to investigators and managers. Maintain confidentiality and meet established quality targets.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team, including scheduling meetings, updating work requests, formatting documents, assisting with shipping/fulfillment, resolving customer service issues, mitigating risks, and supporting ongoing projects and general office duties to ensure deadlines and team objectives are met.

Manage employee accommodation requests under ADAAA, PWFA and state law by reviewing medical documentation, conducting interactive assessments, coordinating with employees, employers and medical vendors, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and educating HR on return-to-work and accommodation processes.

Process employee benefits enrollment requests by reviewing documentation, determining eligibility, resolving issues end-to-end, and maintaining confidentiality. Participate in mandatory virtual training, meet attendance and schedule requirements, and provide accurate data entry and customer service support for a temporary assignment.

Process and quality-control travel bookings, verify payments and commissions, research and resolve account discrepancies, prepare travel documents, maintain customer records, and generate reports while supporting travel agents and members in a remote operations environment.

Support proposal development and strategic communications for Medicaid, public health, and health transformation initiatives. Develop written content, program strategies, workplans, and implementation approaches. Manage tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide facilitation for stakeholders, perform proposal writing and resume drafting, and identify risks and improvement opportunities to ensure compliance and alignment with client and project goals.
