Integrate Risk, Compliance, and fiduciary supervision, liaise with regulators, and use GRC tools to monitor risk and thresholds.

Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. Serve as strategic finance leader driving FP&A, accounting, treasury, forecasting, and capital allocation.
