Build and own the internal AI agent and integration platform: design and deploy agentic workflows, MCP servers and connectors, OAuth/credential management, Databricks BI pipelines, usage tracking, and platform infrastructure. Lead product strategy and long-term vision for a mature communications platform (SMS, messengers, Voice).
