Lead product vision and strategy for a liquid staking and derivatives DeFi platform. Define KPIs, conduct market research, align features with company goals, guide cross-functional teams through product lifecycle, and communicate strategy to stakeholders and investors.

Own product roadmaps for asset onboarding, vaults, compliance/KYC infrastructure, or partner integrations. Write specs/PRDs, run sprint planning, define KPIs, coordinate with Legal/Compliance, Engineering, Design, and BD, perform competitive analysis, and prioritize product tradeoffs to ship institutional-scale tokenized RWA products.
