Lead corporate and finance legal work including financings, M&A, governance, entity management, and IPO-readiness. Draft and negotiate transactional documents, build governance and securities-compliance processes, manage outside counsel, and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Compliance to scale legal infrastructure for a fast-growing healthcare startup.

Lead end-to-end people operations including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, workforce strategy, employee engagement, policy development, and HR compliance.
