The role monitors partner-led implementations, reviews project plans and deliverables, supports partner health and growth, coordinates internal resources, develops enablement content, promotes centers of excellence, and creates governance and SOP documentation. It also helps improve customer adoption, prevent escalations, and ensure partner certifications and capability development.
