Provide full-time bookkeeping support for multiple small-business clients: process transactions in QuickBooks Online, assist payroll and sales tax filings, manage A/R and A/P, prepare dashboards, cash forecasts, and reports, and communicate with clients via Zoom and email under company policies.

Provide day-to-day support to Wealth Managers by leading client onboarding and service, managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, and communicating investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.

Support FP&A by maintaining forecasting and budgeting models, performing variance and unit-economics analysis, building dashboards and KPI frameworks, cleaning and structuring data, overseeing accounts payable, and providing cross-functional financial insights to leadership.

Analyze financial data, build and maintain financial models, produce reports and presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to support business planning and profitability.

Investigate customer and transactional activity to identify suspicious behavior, file SARs and CTRs with regulators, maintain workload and quality standards, handle related customer calls, and support compliance processes.
