Lead GC AI's privacy, data protection, and security compliance legal work: own GDPR/CCPA/CPRA posture, manage SOC 2/ISO programs, negotiate DPAs and security addenda, advise product and engineering on privacy-by-design and AI governance, support enterprise sales on security reviews, and maintain privacy/security playbooks.

Draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts (MSAs, SaaS, fixed-bid SOWs) independently; maintain templates and contract repository; coordinate with Sales and Client Success; ensure compliance and perform audits; handle negotiation calls and serve as primary contractual contact; support other legal projects and mentor contract administrators.

Provide legal counsel to research and product teams on model development and deployment. Draft and review consumer-facing terms, privacy policies, and disclosures. Build privacy program and AI governance frameworks, translate international AI regulatory developments into actionable policies, and scale AI-native legal workflows across the company.

Lead Apollo's litigation and disputes function end-to-end: manage active litigation, pre-litigation, regulatory inquiries, and arbitrations; oversee outside counsel and discovery (including e-discovery vendors); build litigation infrastructure and retention protocols; advise cross-functional stakeholders on litigation and privacy risk; identify systemic exposure and report to leadership.
