Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for temporary and contract roles nationwide (hospitality, event staffing, early-career). Source, screen, present candidates, coordinate interviews, build talent pipelines for FIFA World Cup™ programs, track recruitment metrics, and partner with hiring teams to meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality standards while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Recruit and vet volunteers for Board-appointed and mid-term elected committees: publicize openings, interview candidates, check references, and communicate with committee chairs, the Board, and the Nominating Committee. Attend two in-person meetings and General Assembly as required. Serve a two-year term with possible renewals.
