Serve as the technical escalation and pre-sales architecture lead supporting Solutions Engineers. Engage customers to gather integration and security requirements, design and document technical solutions (integrations, authentication, data exchange), mitigate risks to wins and implementations, liaise with services/implementation teams, and enable internal teams through reusable assets and presentations to drive successful sales outcomes.

Lead and grow a Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team: hire, coach, and operationalize demo, trial, and RFP processes; partner with sales leadership to accelerate deals; build scalable systems, feedback loops, and enablement to drive revenue and product insights.

The Sales Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, deliver product demos, and address customer needs with Gravwell solutions.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with sales to create tailored demos, validate fits through workshops, and engage with senior scientific leaders, addressing product needs and building a strong narrative for prospects.

Serve as the technical bridge between product and sales: lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs; build custom integrations and demos; translate customer feedback into product requirements; create technical sales collateral; troubleshoot pre-sales and onboarding issues; monitor market and competitor trends to inform positioning.

The Sales Engineer will manage technical integrations with ad partners, assist business development, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective ad implementations and partnerships.

The Sales Engineer will engage in pre-sales and post-sales efforts, demonstrating cybersecurity solutions to prospects and translating technical concepts for varied stakeholders. They will also refine sales materials and relay customer insights for product development.

Provide technical consultation and sales support for embedded wireless modules, SOMs, and antennas. Manage inbound leads, drive opportunities from design to production, collaborate with distributors and marketing, track opportunities in Salesforce, and support customer outreach and market research.

Provide technical pre-sales support for managed network services: design solutions, produce proposals/RFP responses, deliver demos and presentations, obtain vendor certifications, collaborate with sales, product, and operations, and support client engagements through the full sales cycle.
