Communicate directly with clients, resolve discrepancies, provide business-performance insights, manage deadlines, and independently solve open-ended problems using QuickBooks Online and related accounting tools.

Conducts financial research and analysis, prepares reports, supports accounting process improvements, and ensures compliance with policies and accounting standards. Collaborates with appraisers, clients, leadership, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. The position is remote or hybrid and follows Pacific time zone hours.

Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, data loss prevention, vendor security due diligence, and complex tier 3 security support. The role also leads security investigations, remediation, root cause analysis, policy development, control testing, and implementation of security solutions while maintaining documentation and communicating risks to leadership.
