Own end-to-end clinician onboarding to drive rapid activation and high satisfaction. Deliver group and individual sessions, maintain onboarding materials, implement workflow and automation improvements, manage scheduling tools, partner with Clinical Success and enterprise teams, and document processes to scale clinician adoption and success.

The Compensation Analyst will support compensation strategies through analysis of salary data, job roles, and market trends while collaborating with HR teams. Responsibilities include data audits and system enhancements in Workday.

Review and improve AI-generated responses, perform quality checks on annotators' work, and provide feedback in natural language.

Design secure, scalable cloud-native solutions and Microsoft ecosystem integrations (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse) for Lirio's AI-driven behavioral platform. Produce architecture artifacts, define integration boundaries, build prototypes, support engineering and client technical engagements, and ensure compliance, observability, and operational excellence.

First SDR to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities: nurture leads across channels, conduct discovery, qualify and book demos, follow up persistently (email/phone/LinkedIn), and develop product knowledge to handle objections.
