Perform accurate daily order entry and validation, manage incoming order requests via ticketing systems, submit orders to providers, maintain CRM and reporting dashboards, communicate across channels, troubleshoot order discrepancies, and support cross-functional teams while adhering to SLAs and compliance requirements.

Monitor and reconcile transactions across ACH, RTP/FedNow, and card networks; triage and resolve payment exceptions, chargebacks, and settlement discrepancies; run SQL queries and build volume/limit projection models; communicate with sponsor banks and clients; maintain tracking of open operational items and document processes to support automation.

Translate and edit healthcare member communications from English into Khmer using CAT tools, ensuring clear, culturally appropriate language. Work PST hours, handle same-day deliveries, and follow quality standards for healthcare/insurance documents.

Provide end-user EHR support for clinical users: triage and resolve cases, escalate when needed, maintain CRM records and knowledge articles, build client relationships, work shifts between 8am–8pm, and contribute to process and tool improvements.
