Support the Deal Desk team by processing sales requests, preparing quotes and standard contracts, updating deal records in CRM/CPQ systems, coordinating with sales/finance/legal, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining organized deal documentation.

Support Barnes & Noble and Canadian accounts by preparing sales materials and reports, tracking sales and projects, communicating across departments, and attending seasonal planning meetings. Provide administrative and analytical support to account managers to enable sales calls and presentations.

Provide administrative sales support: coordinate team schedules, manage compliance documentation, prepare and distribute team reports, and work with supply chain to manage inventory and fleet. Help deliver AT&Ts in-home white-glove experience to customers and support closing sales.
