Drive growth in the Independent Agent channel by outbound prospecting, onboarding new agents, delivering product training, conducting business reviews, driving agent engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to improve agent experience and product adoption.

Contract 1099 sales reps build and manage a local territory of independent retailers, cold-pitching stores, onboarding clients via a mobile app, driving orders, and growing repeat, high-volume accounts independently.

Generate outbound pipeline through high-volume prospecting (calls, email, social), research and personalize outreach, qualify leads, schedule meetings for AEs, maintain CRM hygiene, hit KPIs, iterate messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally while participating in coaching.

Provide remote, commission-based travel planning and booking services: consult clients on destinations, accommodations, flights and activities; deliver personalized recommendations; handle inquiries; coordinate with team members; stay current on travel trends and supplier options.
