Support design and execution of post-implementation oversight for banking partners (digital assets, BaaS, payments). Monitor partner data and KPIs daily, perform weekly reconciliations and reporting, conduct monthly audits, design tailored controls, escalate gaps, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting operations including A/P, A/R, journal entries, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial reporting, audit support, and ad-hoc projects.

Own U.S. sales & use tax and Canadian GST/HST compliance end-to-end, review international VAT/GST filings, reconcile accounts, respond to tax authorities, support corporate income tax tasks, and assist with process improvement and automation within the Tax Department.

Lead credit and funding decisioning for auto lending partners, exercising delegated lending and funding authority, resolving exceptions and stipulations, feeding performance insights to product and risk teams, conducting win/loss analysis, and enabling dealer-facing operations and training to protect portfolio performance and improve approval workflows.

Serve as finance business partner to commercial leadership, leading forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, sales capacity and compensation modeling. Deliver commercial analytics, pricing and deal support, build driver-based models and scalable reporting, and lead a team to improve forecasting accuracy and financial decision-making for go-to-market organizations.

Lead and build the company's FP&A and analytics functions: budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, unit-economics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting. Advise CEO/COO and board on capital allocation and growth scenarios, improve margin and cash efficiency, and hire/manage a high-performing finance and analytics team.

Support the Compliance Testing Manager by monitoring and researching state and federal regulations, developing test scopes, performing compliance testing, documenting results and root causes, reporting findings, communicating with business units on corrective actions, and assisting with regulatory exams and audits.

The candidate will provide state and local tax compliance and consulting services, focusing on income and franchise tax, including audits and tax returns for clients across various industries.
