As Head of Global Markets, lead the Prime Services business, managing P&L, driving growth, and overseeing risk while managing a team of 20+ professionals.

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a corporate or business P&L. Manage 3-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting; define and track KPIs across functions; analyze performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash generation. Serve as FP&A subject-matter resource, lead small projects, and communicate complex financial insights to stakeholders.

Manage revenue accounting for a subset of SaaS products: ASC 606 revenue recognition, month-end close, onboarding acquired companies to US GAAP, maintain revenue schedules and SoX controls, support billing/revenue systems, manage one direct report, and lead ad-hoc projects.

Own portions of monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; manage revenue accounting and order-to-cash; support audits, tax deliverables, and internal controls; drive finance system implementations and act as SME for tool rollouts; identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to improve finance efficiency and reporting; partner cross-functionally with RevOps and Sales.

Lead Corporate FP&A activities including financial reporting, forecasting, scenario modeling, KPI development, and cross-functional budgeting. Support senior leadership and Board reporting, streamline FP&A processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and partner on FP&A system improvements to scale a high-growth SaaS business.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients: review and prepare financial statements, support month-end and year-end close, analyze financial data, review bookkeepers' work, optimize processes, and serve as a primary client contact while overseeing multiple client relationships.

Own FP&A deliverables including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts. Build driver-based financial models, consolidate inputs, support quarterly and annual planning, automate workflows, and contribute to executive and investor reporting.

Manage day-to-day billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections for recurring and usage-based products. Execute invoices, monitor billing accuracy and A/R aging, perform proactive collections and payment negotiations, coordinate with Sales, CX, and Accounting, support month-end and bad-debt assessments, and drive process improvements to reduce errors and support ticket volume.

Manage project accounting for multiple utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable projects, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, construction cost tracking, CIP, fixed assets, accruals, lease accounting, vendor invoice review, draw processes, and audit support to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Support FP&A for business units by building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide recommendations, ad hoc analyses, audit support, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, automation, and analytic accuracy to support business decision-making.
