Lead financial administration of a $30M federal EMR modernization grant portfolio across 70+ healthcare organizations. Oversee budgeting, reimbursement review, federal reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and compliance with federal grant rules (2 CFR 200). Supervise project accounting and partner with program leadership to ensure proper stewardship of funds.

Manage cost visibility, forecasting, governance, and optimization for a large Databricks/cloud data platform. Monitor and analyze spend, identify savings, build budgets and cost-allocation models, configure financial guardrails, reconcile invoices, and support cost-aware engineering and FinOps policy development.

Support daily accounting operations including transaction processing, banking, inventory reconciliation, sales tax filings, non-inventory bill entry, vendor rebate management, variance investigation, audit support, and ad hoc projects. Focus on accurate GL classification, documentation, and readiness for review while collaborating with the Financial Accounting Team Lead.

Lead FP&A processes including monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning. Partner with product and business leaders to analyze performance, profitability, and adoption. Deliver variance analysis, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc business cases. Improve and automate reporting using BI tools and AI, reconcile data discrepancies, and coordinate between Business Unit, FP&A, and Accounting to support strategic decision-making.

Lead development, enhancement, and governance of AXIS actuarial models to support VM-22 valuation. Design model improvements, optimize runtimes, analyze outputs, and partner with valuation, pricing, FP&A, ALM, and investments. Drive VM-22 interpretation, ensure validation readiness, mentor team members, and translate regulatory developments into model changes to maintain scalable, automated valuation processes.

Provide analytical and reporting support to account and project teams: gather and validate financial data, perform quantitative analyses, maintain financial databases, troubleshoot invoicing and purchase orders, create Power BI and Smartsheet dashboards, produce ad-hoc reports, audit project budgets and closeouts, recommend process improvements, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Lead financial operations including vendor invoice processing with three-way matching, payment execution (ACH/check/wire), account reconciliations, and revenue recognition. Support P2P processes, vendor management, and implement/roll out Travel & Expense (T&E) programs. Coordinate integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo card solutions. Drive governance, testing, go-live, stabilization, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency.

Manage client systems, audit contracts and events, reconcile deduction balances, own KPIs and reporting, resolve exceptions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution and financial settlement.

Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and controls for the business unit. Manage month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting, capital and product financial analysis, audit support, inventory valuations, and mentor staff. Partner with the BU GM to align financial and operational goals and drive strategic priorities.

Manage and process foreclosures across licensed states: log cases, prepare notices, record sales, clear title defects, monitor third-party sites, handle inquiries, review bankruptcies, and support foreclosure-related projects.
