Creates Q-SYS templates and plugins, documents system commands and protocols, develops show control standards, coordinates technical disciplines, troubleshoots installations, supports project handovers, and communicates procedures. The role requires expertise in show control platforms, network media transport protocols, programming languages, and exhibition technology, with on-site work in Los Angeles and occasional schedule flexibility.

Owns the technical delivery and ongoing stewardship of an enterprise ServiceNow CSM/TPSM platform. Designs, develops, configures, tests, deploys, and supports workflows, case management, portals, knowledge management, integrations, and custom applications. Own the multi-year strategy and technical direction for Lambda’s large-scale networking software across GPU fabrics, cloud networks, backbone, and edge infrastructure. Lead architecture, design, implementation, operations, customer engagements, and cross-functional delivery of distributed network services.
