Serve as the company’s first technical hire and founding engineer for Larder, a remote-first professional video networking application. The role requires strong software development expertise and proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code. The engineer will help build the product from its earliest technical foundations and shape the platform’s architecture and implementation.

Build production-grade AI agents, integrations, data pipelines, and infrastructure directly within strategic customers’ environments. The role requires expertise in React Native and its supporting ecosystem, monorepos, third-party integrations, mobile features, and strong UI/UX execution.

Develop and maintain backend features for Cribl Edge data collection agents running across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Design scalable, reliable software for hundreds of thousands of nodes, collaborate with product and UX teams, write automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, and support SaaS products through on-call rotations. The role requires TypeScript and Node.js development, cloud and container experience, operating-system knowledge, and experience with data-intensive applications or stream processing.

Lead the Windows engineering team responsible for ProPresenter desktop software. Own hiring, coaching, performance management, team health, delivery, throughput, cross-functional execution, and continuous process improvement. Provide technical judgment on C#/.NET desktop development and native interop while partnering with product, design, QA, support, and other engineering teams. Promote high-quality, maintainable software, effective AI-assisted development, and outcomes that serve live production operators.

Build and own WebGL and Three.js front-end experiences, including scene architecture, motion, visual design, performance, and accessibility. Prototype and validate products with users, use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and create reusable development patterns. Collaborate directly with company leadership, communicate technical constraints clearly, and progressively contribute across the full stack using Node, SQL, SST, and Drizzle.

Develop and optimize Golang backend services and rule engines, collaborate on scalable solutions, process and analyze data, support AI initiatives, contribute to frontend development, and maintain code quality through testing and reviews.
