As a Product Designer, you will lead design projects, create user-centric designs, conduct user research, and manage design tasks, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop design systems.

Support design and product teams to create user-centered web and digital products: conduct user research and testing, create wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and visual assets. Ensure accessibility (WCAG), maintain core website functions (content updates, performance, hosting, DNS), configure and support virtual events (Zoom), collaborate cross-functionally, and provide documentation for developers to implement features and improve UX.

Design engaging user experiences for web and mobile, collaborate with teams, and improve usability across key user journeys for kids' reading platform.

Lead and evolve Degreed’s global brand and creative vision across web, campaigns, events, social, sales, and executive storytelling. Hands-on art direction for high-priority work, manage and develop a small creative team, build scalable creative operations and templates, and champion AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and quality. Partner cross-functionally to translate business goals into clear visual stories and measurable brand outcomes.

Lead design and maintenance of a scalable taxonomy of jobs, tasks, tools, and data. Plan and run mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative), leverage AI-moderated research tools, apply statistical methods to prioritize tasks, and synthesize insights to inform product, design, AI research, and engineering.

Design and deliver distinctive book jacket concepts from early concept to final bound book. Collaborate with editorial, creative director, marketing, publicity, production, and external illustrators/photographers. Manage freelancers and artist relationships, schedules, approvals, proofing, file preparation, image rights, and billing oversight. Maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery of polished, market-ready jackets.

Design graphic assets for various mediums, support campaigns, manage design assets, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand standards.

The Digital Designer will create user-focused digital assets and websites, collaborating on design and implementation, focusing on UX and visual design systems.

The Digital Media Intern will collaborate with the Marketing Director, contribute to design concepts, and support branding and marketing initiatives.
