Builds SailPoint workflows and connectors, administers Okta and CyberArk, automates JML processes and access requests, develops PowerShell and REST API integrations, and supports access certifications, SOX/ICFR controls, audits, and FFIEC compliance. Partners with security, audit, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams to improve IAM reliability, governance, and risk reduction.

Designs and evolves enterprise information security architecture, standards, and roadmaps while engineering and operating security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, Entra ID, and DLP. Advises enterprise and solution architects on secure cloud, application, data, and infrastructure designs; integrates security tools; supports automation, detection, incident response, governance, audits, and continuous improvement.

Build and operate cloud security solutions across AWS environments, including preventive and detective guardrails, vulnerability-management automation, security posture visibility, and CSPM integrations. Develop secure-by-default infrastructure patterns, automate remediation and response workflows, improve detection and triage, and measure enterprise risk reduction. Collaborate with cloud engineering, product security, and cyber operations while contributing to architecture reviews, documentation, coding standards, and platform resilience.

Leads Lambda’s Detection and Response function, building and managing a high-performing 24/7 security operations team. Responsibilities include threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, automation, security tooling, executive reporting, cross-functional incident coordination, on-call sustainability, and strategic program development. The role requires establishing a comprehensive detection and response program within six months while protecting cloud, bare-metal, customer data, and AI infrastructure.

Monitor and investigate security alerts across multiple environments in a 24/7 cyber defense operation. Triage incidents, correlate SIEM, EDR, network, cloud, and threat intelligence telemetry, identify root causes, and recommend containment and recovery actions. Develop and tune detection rules, maintain SOC documentation and playbooks, collaborate with threat intelligence, SOAR, and engineering teams, and mentor junior analysts while meeting operational quality standards and SLAs.

Administers Workday and multi-platform HR security, including role-based access, security configuration, access reviews, governance, audit support, and remediation. Evaluates routine and elevated access requests, enforces least-privilege standards, analyzes security and audit trends, maintains governance documentation, and recommends policy and process improvements. Collaborates with HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders while protecting confidential employee data.

Leads vCISO and cybersecurity compliance engagements for multiple clients, including CMMC and NIST assessments, SSP and POA&M development, risk assessments, framework mapping, audit and assessor support, incident response, and remediation coordination. Advises clients on regulatory obligations, security tooling, and compliance strategies while managing client relationships, engagement health, reporting, and delivery quality across a large portfolio.
