Provides Level 2 escalation support for SMB and law firm clients, troubleshooting end-user, server, network, Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure issues. Supports legal document workflows and industry-specific platforms, prioritizes incidents based on court deadlines and confidentiality requirements, mentors junior engineers, and develops legal IT runbooks and documentation. The role requires remote client support, accurate PSA time tracking, collaboration with Level 3 engineers, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Administer and optimize multiple enterprise SaaS business applications, including configuration, workflows, permissions, integrations, reporting, data feeds, and vendor-supported changes. Troubleshoot system, access, workflow, and integration issues; support releases, testing, UAT, implementations, and data validation. Partner with business teams, vendors, IT risk, and data owners to improve efficiency, controls, data quality, reliability, and scalability across interconnected business systems.

Participate in a 10-week summer internship supporting a core commercial insurance function such as claims, underwriting, audit, IT, marketing, or HR. Interns receive hands-on training, mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and complete a final Capstone presentation.
