The role handles intermediate claims involving injuries and attendant care, coordinates with insureds, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance carriers, and may require travel, inspections, licensing, and occasional overnight stays.

Coordinates interpreting assignments across clients and projects by scheduling qualified interpreters, recruiting language professionals, communicating assignment details, maintaining records, onboarding resources, reviewing invoices, and resolving coverage issues.
