Build and lead a centralized IT function across a holding company and portfolio. Run acquisition IT workstreams and create a Day 1-100 integration playbook. Select and operate identity and access systems, build joiner/mover/leaver processes, maintain living inventory of tools/accounts/licenses, manage MSP relationships and vendor contracts, and connect back-end systems to the cross-portfolio data platform while engaging business stakeholders.

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk triage and support for DAI/Oracle Financials, develop training and communication materials, prepare bi-weekly metrics and monthly reports, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

Lead day-to-day support systems and workflows: manage ticketing, routing, queues, labels, escalations, and intake. Triage urgent issues, prioritize requests, drive technical/operational programs end-to-end, partner with engineering/data/IT, and use Cursor and AI-native workflows to reduce toil and improve system reliability.

Provide L2/L3 technical and product support to enterprise customers for a customizable Loan Origination System. Investigate logs and configurations, reproduce issues, triage to Product and Engineering, document Help Center content, and advocate product/process improvements. Participate in occasional after-hours incident coverage and biannual offsites.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for macOS/Windows and cloud SaaS, manage onboarding/offboarding and IAM (SSO/MFA), administer MDM, document and resolve ITSM tickets, maintain assets/licenses, and drive automation and AI-based process improvements.

Provide mainframe operations and application support across IBM and Unisys environments (OS2200, z/OS, z/VM). Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, scheduling (OpCon/BMC), tape systems, and incidents using ITSM tools, perform IPLs, change management, RCA, and coordinate with government and customer personnel. Work 3rd shift and follow DISA processes and SLAs.

Support monthly Windows patching, Defender and .NET updates across Microsoft Substrate environments. Use PowerShell automation and KQL to investigate deployment results, troubleshoot update/MSU failures, identify installed patches and OS status, build patching packages, maintain compliance dashboards, and coordinate with engineering, security, and partner teams to remediate deployment blockers.

Support, configure, and maintain enterprise clinical and administrative applications (primarily Epic Ambulatory). Serve as first-line support, troubleshoot system and performance issues, update master files, design and test screens/reports/interfaces, and assist with project task planning and prioritization.

Provide remote technical support for Precisely data integration and coding-focused products (Code-1, VeriMove, Finalist, DIS SaaS). Troubleshoot data transformation, ETL/batch workflows, integrations and APIs; analyze logs and job output; collaborate with Engineering for escalations; create knowledge base content; participate in on-call rotations and use AI tools to automate and improve support workflows.

Provide 24/7 technical support to CDC staff via the Service Desk, covering weekend and swing shifts. Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, and VPN issues using designated IT support tools, follow policies/procedures, and collaborate with Service Desk personnel. Requires HS diploma/GED, 2+ years' experience, and Public Trust clearance.
