Provide full-time bookkeeping support for multiple small-business clients: process transactions in QuickBooks Online, assist payroll and sales tax filings, manage A/R and A/P, prepare dashboards, cash forecasts, and reports, and communicate with clients via Zoom and email under company policies.

Handle inbound participant calls about retirement and pension benefits: explain options, research accounts, document actions, manage cases/inboxes, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with team to ensure accurate benefit calculations and timelines.
