Founding Solutions Engineer responsible for owning the full sales cycle, conducting product demos and technical deep-dives, explaining AI-native compliance, supporting pilot implementations, translating customer feedback into product requirements, and building the company’s sales motion from scratch.

Provides high-volume administrative support for national commercial accounts, including proposals, scheduling, inbox management, invoicing, payments, billing, accounts receivable reporting, client documentation, compliance, vendor portals, and subcontractor records. Serve as the internal expert for partner initiatives and Salesforce partner management. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, legal, audit, and executive stakeholders to improve program operations, transparency, partner engagement, and revenue outcomes. The role requires cross-functional influence, strong organization, global communication, and 5–10% travel.

Own the platform’s technical architecture while stabilizing on-premise deployments and leading migration to AWS. Design EKS, S3, networking, observability, infrastructure-as-code, and data-migration foundations; preserve video-processing and anonymization workflows; define on-premise/cloud boundaries; document architectural decisions; and guide delivery teams. Serve as the technical authority for client engineering leadership, surfacing risks and technical debt. Preferred experience includes real-time video infrastructure, edge device fleets, healthcare data governance, and Ansible.
