Onsite at Scott AFB, provide SME engineering for Ciena product integration: design and execute test plans, commission DWDM/SONET/TDM equipment, validate interoperability, perform lab pre-commissioning, train customers on Ciena NMS, troubleshoot and document configurations, and support network modernization. Requires active clearance and travel up to 25%.

Design, implement, and operate low-latency, high-throughput C++, Go, and Python services for real-time sensor ingestion, tracking, inference, and data pipelines. Build IPC/messaging interfaces, optimize data structures and Protobuf serialization, deploy containerized services on Kubernetes (Argo/Helm) in GCP, and implement observability, testing with historic/simulated data, and end-to-end O&M.

Lead client relationships and coordinate escrow, payment, and solicitation processes across deals from kickoff through post-closing. Quarterback cross-functional teams, onboard clients, negotiate agreements, review payment data and legal documents, resolve transaction issues, mentor associates, and support market research and deal tracking for M&A and loan agency transactions.

Manage a portfolio of larger customer accounts as primary contact to drive retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion. Reconcile complex investor principal, interest, tax, and specialty accounts; analyze remittance differences; validate cross-department data; produce reconciliation packets; research and resolve discrepancies; support reporting deadlines and special projects.

Serve as a technical sales bridge: engage partners, analyze requirements, deliver demos, recommend integrations, support onboarding and expansion, document interactions, and hand off to implementation teams to ensure long-term partner success.
