Responsible for supporting the Mission Assurance function for the Space Systems Engineering and Operations department. Develops and implements quality documentation, processes, tools, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinates with various departments to align processes with corporate strategy and CONOPS compliance.

Responsible for supporting the Mission Assurance function for the Space Systems Engineering and Operations department, ensuring compliance with Intelsat Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and driving efficiency and effectiveness through quality documentation, processes, tools, and training. Coordinates with various departments, conducts FRACAS analysis, develops procedures, supports software automation, and enhances operational workflows. Requires a technical bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
