As a Creative Project Manager, you will work closely with the International Program Manager and Creative team on the day-to-day tactical execution of marketing campaigns for the Japanese market. Your role involves managing the execution of creative projects, acting as a liaison between key stakeholders, developing project timelines, and overseeing video and photo productions within the campaign budget and timing.

The Operations Program Manager in Customer Success Operations will work cross functionally to plan and build towards the global vision of Customer Success. Responsibilities include developing project plans, gathering information on efficiency opportunities, supporting projects from discovery to implementation, ensuring seamless change management, and measuring organizational KPIs.
