The Graduate Planner / Associate Project Manager will assist with data analysis, stakeholder engagement, public relations campaign execution, and develop personal capabilities in a dynamic team environment.

Manage large restoration or construction projects (often $1M+), supervise multiple crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, vendor qualification, invoicing, and customer communication; respond to regional disaster CAT deployments and attend required training.

Lead commercial interiors projects end-to-end: manage subcontractor buyout, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, change orders and closeout; produce conceptual budgets; coordinate clients, architects, superintendents and building stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee client projects by managing delivery, coordinating teams, maintaining relationships, and ensuring successful outcomes while communicating with stakeholders.

Manage multiple client implementations of SmartRent solutions as primary client contact. Coordinate scheduling with field teams, liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Support, lead resident/staff trainings, handle orders/returns, track SLAs, and resolve client issues to keep projects on schedule.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-functional mortgage and corporate strategic initiatives. Build project plans, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders across Production, Servicing, Technology, Finance and Compliance, maintain program dashboards, drive change control, support budget/resource tracking, author launch and adoption materials, and apply mortgage domain knowledge to anticipate operational and regulatory impacts.

Manage annual CapEx budgets and capital improvement projects for the resort: plan, budget, procure, select contractors, oversee construction, perform site inspections, coordinate with operations, minimize guest disruption, maintain project documentation, and report progress to leadership and ownership.

Support architectural design project delivery by preparing proposals and project documents, managing contracts and COIs, maintaining electronic records, performing quality control, coordinating client communications and schedules, and providing administrative support to project managers and consultants from proposal through project closeout.

Lead development and execution of a global engagement strategy for alumni, learners, and donors; manage a small team and volunteer network; align engagement with fundraising through campaigns, stewardship, and digital initiatives (including AI); build partnerships across Thunderbird, ASU, and global centers; create metrics and dashboards to track engagement and support senior leadership and major donor efforts.

Lead planning and execution of retail development and redevelopment projects, managing budgets, pro formas, governmental approvals, tenant negotiations, cross-functional teams, and executive reporting to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate strategy.
