Owns Bose’s global Design to Launch enterprise process, including process architecture, governance, stage gates, financial integration, KPIs, digital enablement, launch readiness, and transformation strategy. The role drives cross-functional adoption across product, engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, suppliers, and external development partners. It improves product development speed, predictability, economics, quality, and lifecycle outcomes across integrated hardware and software products.

Act as the primary IT business partner for assigned corporate functions, translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, manage demand intake and portfolio governance, support business case development and value realization, and coordinate program oversight with delivery, architecture, and vendor teams to ensure initiatives meet scope, schedule, budget, and adoption goals.

Lead cross-functional engineering programs for audio products from concept to launch, coordinating acoustics, DSP, software, hardware, quality, and supply chain. Define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and success metrics; interface with external development and manufacturing partners; support regional business development; and help establish regional operating practices while aligning with global Bose teams.
