Lead design and governance of Bose's research program portfolio: translate science arcs into structured programs, manage phased investments and milestones, prioritize portfolio, coordinate cross-franchise efforts, and enable transition of validated research into scalable platform capabilities while communicating status and strategy to executive leadership.

Lead and standardize project planning and execution for China experience/features, coordinate global engineering and software teams, monitor budgets/risks/resources, manage suppliers and partnerships, run status reporting and risk logs, aid financial planning, and serve as escalation contact to ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.
