Lead and standardize project planning and execution for China Experience software features. Coordinate global cross-functional teams, manage budgets, risks, schedules, suppliers, and reporting. Build stakeholder relationships, track business case and resource forecasts, and act as escalation contact to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
