Develop and manage AI fluency programs that help employees adopt agentic AI across business functions. Responsibilities include designing curricula, delivering training and workshops, measuring learning outcomes, developing stakeholder adoption strategies, assessing knowledge repositories, and creating systems to capture and organize institutional expertise. The role requires translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences and executing autonomously in an ambiguous, greenfield environment.

Own end-to-end technical program delivery from inception through production. Coordinate engineering, product, finance, modeling, and business teams; define scope, sequencing, dependencies, metrics, and execution plans. Remove blockers, lead Agile rituals, report program health and risks, adapt priorities, and improve TPM practices, standards, and tooling. Translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and influence across teams without direct authority.
