Create process flow documentation, identify and resolve billing issues, develop automated reporting and AI-assisted analysis, and execute targeted system changes to reduce manual work and maintain billing accuracy across wireless lines of business.

Lead scaling of AI initiatives across Direct Sales by defining AI roadmaps, translating analytics and call trends into action, prioritizing project backlogs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, mitigating risks, and delivering data-driven updates to senior leadership to improve agent and customer experience.
