Manage complex global technical and operational rollouts for Adyen customers, including in-store payments, platform solutions, and banking products. Lead projects from planning through deployment, coordinate customers and integration partners, advise on product configurations, manage stakeholder communications, establish support handovers, and improve internal processes. The role requires strong project management, systems integration experience, customer-facing communication, French and English fluency, and willingness to travel.

Leads operational integration of Talon.One and Orb into Adyen’s global framework. Designs joint customer journeys, operating models, systems, and standardized processes; drives global program adoption; resolves complex cross-entity bottlenecks; establishes KPI frameworks; and partners with Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance to deliver scalable customer experiences.

Lead the Data Foundations program to establish data-as-a-product practices. Own cross-functional execution, reduce technical debt, drive adoption of data governance, implement self-service data infrastructure, and maintain program health artifacts (RAID logs, dashboards, roadmaps).

Lead and grow a North America Implementation Engineering team to deliver scalable payment integrations and onboard strategic customers. Serve as escalation and technical/operational partner, drive continuous improvement and global process change, collaborate cross-functionally, and define strategic initiatives to advance team OKRs while preserving company culture.
