Partners with CFO leadership, manages approximately $200 million in annual technology investment, drives measurable delivery outcomes, develops enterprise data and AI capabilities, governs vendors, and builds a high-performing technology organization through sustained transformation.

Leads Liberty Mutual’s People, Purpose and Brand technology strategy, modernization, investment portfolio, and 125-person organization. Oversees HCM platforms, employee experience, data, AI, architecture, security, integrations, vendors, and resilient operations. Partners with executives to prioritize investments, drive multi-year transformation, improve outcomes, and modernize engineering practices. Builds high-performing, inclusive teams and manages financial, operational, talent, vendor, and change leadership responsibilities across a complex regulated environment.
