Oversees HCM platforms, employee experience, data, AI, architecture, security, integrations, vendors, and resilient operations. Partners with executives to prioritize investments, drive multi-year transformation, improve outcomes, and modernize engineering practices. Builds high-performing, inclusive teams and manages financial, operational, talent, vendor, and change leadership responsibilities across a complex regulated environment.

Support and execute strategic investment programs by creating governance artifacts, coordinating cross-functional Product/Data/Tech teams, running PI Planning and showcases, improving vendor integration, and maturing Agile/product processes. Develop into an Associate Program Manager, promote AI adoption for team execution, and maintain process documentation and training.

Lead CS&R business operations: manage vendor relationships, run performance scorecards and metrics reporting, craft executive presentations and dashboards, coordinate meetings and budgets, support tools and onboarding, and independently deliver special projects to improve productivity and team engagement.

Lead operational transformation across North America: identify and prioritize process improvements, develop business cases, coordinate implementation, manage change adoption, track value realization, maintain process documentation, and build cross-functional stakeholder alignment to improve efficiency, scalability, and frontline outcomes.
