Lead and manage a team of NPI Program Managers for HPE Networking security products and certification programs. Own resourcing, schedules, budgets, vendor relationships, cross-functional delivery, process improvements, and people management to deliver products on time, within budget, and at required quality.

Lead delivery of large, complex federal HPC projects: manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, client relationships, and teams (>40). Drive business development and high-risk opportunity qualification, mentor staff, ensure compliance with export controls, and maintain required TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance. Teleworker with 1–2 days/week onsite travel.

Lead prioritization and planning for HPE-Juniper Lead-to-Cash integration. Develop business cases, roadmaps, and readiness metrics; identify risks and dependencies; drive cross-functional alignment and executive decision-making; produce executive communications and monitor program outcomes to ensure value realization and smooth deployment.
